1. Begin the pose by sitting with feet forward;
back straight, feet flexed
2. Inhale as you raise both arms up to the sky, your torso and gaze following your arms
3. Exhale slowly as you forward bend, bringing your arms down to touch your feet
4. Reach forward as far as you can, relax!
5. Inhale / Exhale 3-breaths
If you can, reach and hold on to your feet.
If you can't reach your feet, NO HURRY!
Practice the pose daily.
Soon you'll reach your wonderful feet!
