Begin with legs wide apart, arms outstretched to your sides; standing "Leonardo da Vinci" pose
1. Inhale and exhale as you slowly forward fold entire torso
2. Head and palms touching Earth
3. Hips reaching to the sky
4. Relax, "let the head hang loose"
5. Close your eyes, clear the mind
6. Inhale / exhale; hold pose for 3-breaths
7. Slowly raise torso back to standing position
8. Repeat 3 more times
