2. INHALE AS YOU RAISE ARMS UP TO SKY, PALMS TOGETHER
3. EXHALE SLOWLY AS YOU FORWARD FOLD

4. GAZE TO EARTH, LEGS STRAIGHT
5. INHALE / EXHALE 3-BREATHS
