BEGIN THE POSE STANDING STRAIGHT
1. FEET HIP-WIDTH DISTANCE
2. INHALE AS YOU RAISE ARMS UP TO SKY, PALMS TOGETHER
3. EXHALE SLOWLY AS YOU FORWARD FOLD 
HALF-WAY
4. GAZE TO EARTH, LEGS STRAIGHT
5. INHALE / EXHALE 3-BREATHS

EASY TO DO 
ANYTIME.  ANYWHERE.
1. STAND FEET WIDE APART
2. BEND ONE KNEE
3. INHALE ONE ARM UP TO SKY BRINGING ARM OVER THE HEAD 
3. ONE ARM UP STRETCHING TO THE SKY; ONE ARM RESTING CLOSE TO BENT KNEE 
4. GAZE TO THE SKY 
5. INHALE / EXHALE 3-BREATHS
FEEL YOUR WAIST AND SIDE BODY STRETCHING TO THE SKY!
6. REPEAT 3-MORE TIMES

FEELING TIRED AND BLUE? STANDING FORWARD FOLD FEET APART "LEONARDO DA VINCI" POSE!

Begin with legs wide apart, arms outstretched to your sides; standing "Leonardo da Vinci" pose
1. Inhale and exhale as you slowly forward fold entire torso
2. Head and palms touching Earth  
3. Hips reaching to the sky
4. Relax, "let the head hang loose"
5. Close your eyes, clear the mind
6. Inhale / exhale; hold pose for 3-breaths
7. Slowly raise torso back to standing position
8. Repeat 3 more times
Forward fold inversions brings oxygen to the brain
 releasing any tension or stress held in the mind

INTENSE BACK STRETCH - SITTING FORWARD POSE

1. Begin the pose by sitting with feet forward;
 back straight, feet flexed
2. Inhale as you raise both arms up to the sky,  your torso and gaze following your arms
3. Exhale slowly as you forward bend, bringing your arms down to touch your feet
4. Reach forward as far as you can, relax!
5. Inhale / Exhale 3-breaths
If you can, reach and hold on to your feet.
 If you can't reach your feet, NO HURRY!
Practice the pose daily.
 Soon you'll reach your wonderful feet!
